Job Description:

- To manage the procurement team to source quotations and supplies/goods using professional, honest and trustworthy suppliers upholding our procurement procedures.
- Review and update supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing business needs and as per local and international regulations.
- Develop material costs forecast of standard cost lists.
- Appraise vendor manufacturing ability through on-site visits and measurements.
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors and freight forwarders.
- Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
- Implement consignments in all consumable items and reduce the cost.
- Negotiate and implement annual price agreement with all major suppliers.
- Work with GM/Production Manager and understand the business needs and plan strategies to reduce the cost of supply chain.
- Ensure lower inventory at all times.
- Create supply chain management strategies that increase efficiency and speed.
- Provide operational support and guidance to ensure maximum productivity and close operational gaps.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify
- Prepare and submit weekly updates on procurements to GM/Production Manager.
- Optimize warehouse functions
- Maintain company’s Archive and Master data files for products & projects.
- Increase vendors list by adding new vendors & conduct Vendors evaluation every six month as per quality management system ISO 9001:2000
- Continual improvement & implementation of the quality management system ISO 9001:2000
- Implement safety management system OHSAS 18001:1999 in coordination with QA/QC department.
- Perform supplier performance data analysis

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
