**Requirements**:

- **Administration Task**:_
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of Clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent typing, editing and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Monitoring and follow-up on administrative procedures: Visa Renewal, License Registration
- Check documents for accuracy and completeness
- Data entries and processing of documents, scan and update the information
- Prepare and comply with all state required filings and documentation
- Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients.
- File documents in physical and digital records.
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
- Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
- Contribute as a team player who is deadline driven and works well with others.
- **Accounting Task**:_
- Have experience in **Zoho Books**:

- Maintain Expenses and Income Entries
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with invoice processing and billing activities.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist with payroll processing and related tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately input data into our systems from various sources
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness, making necessary corrections
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity
- Respond to data related inquiries from team members and clients
- Follow data entry guidelines and best practices
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
- Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
- Complete data entry tasks within established time frames
- Assist in resolving system or portal related issues and discrepancies
- Support other administrative tasks as required
- Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
- All other admin duties

Location : Business Bay, Dubai

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
