**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:

- Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.

**Telecalling for Leads**:

- Conduct outbound calls to a targeted list of potential leads and prospects.
- Engage leads in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and preferences. Articulate the value proposition of the company's products or services persuasively.
- Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their readiness to move through the sales funnel.

**Data Entry**:

- Input data into databases or spreadsheets accurately.
- Update contact lists, customer information, and other records as required.
- Ensure data confidentiality and accuracy.

**Customer Service**:

- Address customer or client inquiries and resolve issues as necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for callers.

**Office Coordination**:

- Assist in the ordering of office supplies and maintaining inventory.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments as needed.
- Handle general office tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and filing.

**Communication**:

- Maintain clear and effective communication with colleagues and management.
- Relay messages and information accurately.

**Salary**: From AED1,500.00 per month

**Experience**:
