Responsibilities:
1. Culinary Leadership: Take charge of the kitchen operations, overseeing all aspects of food preparation, menu development, and execution.

2. Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of culinary professionals, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring seamless coordination in the kitchen.

3. Creativity and Innovation: Bring a playful and imaginative approach to dish creation, constantly seeking new ideas to enhance the culinary experience and cater to a diverse range of customers, including children.

4. Kids Party Planning: Develop exciting and unique party plans for children, incorporating creative themes, interactive activities, and appealing menus.

5. Menu Development: Collaborate with the management team to create and update menus that reflect the cafe's brand identity, seasonal ingredients, and customer preferences.

6. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste, ensuring consistency across all dishes and adhering to relevant health and safety regulations.

7. Product Development: Assist in the development of retail lines, working closely with consultants to create innovative and attractive products aligned with the cafe's brand and target market.

8. Training and Development: Mentor and train culinary staff, nurturing their skills, and supporting their professional growth.

9. Inventory and Cost Control: Manage inventory levels, minimize waste, and ensure efficient utilization of ingredients while maintaining budgetary guidelines.

10. Collaboration: Collaborate with consultants to conceptualize, design, and implement creative kids’ activities and retail lines, ensuring alignment with the overall vision and goals.

Qualifications:
1. Professional Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in a high-volume cafe or event operation, preferably in a leadership role.

2. Culinary Expertise: Strong culinary background with a focus on creative and playful dish development, encompassing a variety of cuisines and dietary preferences.

6. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

7. Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration with team members and consultants.

8. Cost Control and Financial Management: Proficiency in managing a cost control system, including budgeting, monitoring expenses, and optimizing profitability.

9. Digital Proficiency: Comfortable working with operating systems, inventory management tools, and other digital platforms relevant to culinary operation.

10. Flexibility: Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and changing customer demands.

11. Passion for Children's Culinary Experiences: Genuine interest in creating engaging and memorable experiences for children, including party planning, and developing kids-focused retail products.
