Brand Marketing Manager

**Responsibilities**:*
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our brand within the food and beverage industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify key marketing objectives and develop targeted campaigns to achieve them.
- Utilize market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the food and beverage sector.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including digital and print assets, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines and resonate with our target audience.
- Work closely with multiple branches to ensure consistency and alignment of marketing efforts across all locations.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve our marketing efforts.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty across various platforms.
- Create compelling content for social media channels that resonates with target audiences and drives increased engagement and interaction.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities, proactively engaging with followers and responding to inquiries and comments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate social media strategies into broader marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategies and optimizations.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates, adjusting strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets, optimizing performance to maximize reach and conversion rates.
*Requirements:*
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in brand marketing within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and best practices, with a focus on digital marketing channels, particularly social media platforms.
- Extensive experience in developing and executing successful social media campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Proficiency in leveraging social media analytics tools to track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum engagement and ROI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences on social media.
- Ability to stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Proven track record of building and growing a strong social media presence for brands, driving increased brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
- Experience managing social media advertising campaigns and budgets, with a focus on maximizing reach and conversion rates.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with internal teams and external partners to integrate social media strategies into broader marketing initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain the highest standards of quality and professionalism in all marketing efforts.
