**Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team to ensure they meet sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives to build a high-performing team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvement plans to enhance team performance.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and threats.
