Decision Management Consultants is hiring "**Tenant Relation - Supervisor**" for one of our client based in UAE.

Must be fluent in Arabic language.

**Tenant Relations Supervisor Main Functions and Tasks**:
1. **Units Inspections**: All units should be inspected monthly to record any non-compliance with the lease agreement, VM guidelines and Health & Safety violations.

2. **New Activations**: To meet the new tenant prior to the shop opening, discuss the operations procedures, share the Operational Manual, and obtain the contact details of the new tenant.

3. **Correspondence and Communication**:Tenant Relations Supervisor is responsible for processing all the correspondence and communications received from tenants on accepted timely manner.

4. **Letters and Memos**: To send violation letters to the non-complying tenants and circulate memos related to any update on site’s operations.

5. **Asset Management Report**: To provide all the needed information related to the monthly AMR before the deadline to the Office Admin.

6. **Work Permit**: should review, approve, or reject any work permit submitted by the tenant or tenant’s contractor/supplier such as: windows display, promotions, stock taking, VM works, deliveries etc...

7. **Tenants Documents and Data**: Tenants Relations Supervisor will be responsible for collecting updated tenants’ database and documentation such as Trade Licenses, Renewed AMC’s, Service Reports, Insurance etc. and share them with the Office Admin to update the tenant’s file.

8. **Meeting with Tenants**: To set regular monthly meeting with the tenants to better understand their performance. Keep a record of the meeting discussion and share it with the PMR.

9. **Retail Delivery and Fitout**: To assist and coordinate with the Asset Delivery Manager during the shop fitout. Coordinate with other related department such as FM, Operations, Security to monitor and provide support when needed.

10. **Hoardings & Graphics**: Coordinate and manage the instillation and removal of hoarding/graphics with all relevant departments.

11. **Vacant Unites**: Ensure that the condition of unleased store space is maintained and enclosed to prevent it from being utilized by unauthorized Tenants/individuals.

**Other Responsibilities**
- Perform the role of Duty Manager in support of business cover during trading hours of the property trading hours.
- Ensure the tenants keep their stores well-presented and to the highest level of housekeeping, cleanliness, safety, and security always.
- Ensure all maintenance and safety issues highlighted by the tenants are promptly escalated and resolved by the operations team and service providers.

**Competencies **/

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills with hands-on knowledge of all Microsoft Office products and use of the Internet.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Diligent, detailed, oriented and ability to solve compliance issues/problems.
- Team player: ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
