- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Coordinate and arrange logistics for conferences, seminars, and workshops.
- Assist with general office tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
