We are on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager - Beverages to lead our Desert Safari Kitchen & Beverages sales operations, drive revenue growth, and build lasting relationships with our patrons and partners. This role is open for both full-time & on a short-term contract basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to increase beverages revenue and achieve sales targets.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, stakeholders, waiter staff and regular patrons to boost loyalty and repeat business.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and train the waiter team on upselling techniques, customer service, and product knowledge to enhance guest experience.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Inventory & Pricing: Work closely with the procurement team to manage stock levels and set competitive pricing for beverages.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the hospitality or beverages industry for over 5 years
- Strong understanding of kitchen, beverages, restaurant operations, and customer preferences.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve sales targets.
- Creative mindset to develop unique promotional strategies.
- Proficiency in sales tracking and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. (Evening timings)
- Immediate joiner is preferred

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
