**The position**
We are looking for an ambitious Marine Fire Service Planner/Coordinator who will be reporting to our Marine Fire Service Manager.

As Marine Fire Service Planner/Coordinator, your main roles and responsibilities will be as following:

- Prepare quotations on requests and should be able to read MFS and PPE certificates.
- Handle/Plan local operations & service execution in all ports.
- Shall create quotations & costings based on contracts.
- Coordinate with other MFS & PPE VIKING station globally to arrange MFS & PPE services.
- Shall create orders in ServiceNow, coordinate with other VIKING stations, and maintain corresponding SAP orders.
- Assist in closing all invoices.
- Investigate and resolve disputes.
- Ensure the records, tickets and service order are current and relevant.
- Investigate low and negative contribution margin.
- Support and supervise the process in regards to vendors and subcontractors related to the department.

**Your profile**
You have a recognized degree in relevant field, AND/OR related 2-3 years of experience in the field and thorough understanding of Marine Fire Service.

As an Marine Fire Service Planner/Coordinator, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
