**Job Title**: Secretary to the Founder/COO

**Location**: Dubai

In this role, you will deliver dedicated secretarial support exclusively to the Founder/COO of the company, managing a broad spectrum of executive responsibilities. Your primary focus will involve meticulous review and verification of reports for precision and integrity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with various departments (reservations, guest relations, admin, property services, and finance) regarding guest issues, property concerns, and operational matters.
- Verify bookings, payments, and transactions from the reservations department to ensure accuracy.
- Confirm refunds of security deposits while maintaining precision in financial transactions.
- Check and verify company expenses and financial reports, ensuring accuracy against the owner's report.
- Organize electronic and physical documents for easy access and retrieval.

**Desired Profile**:

- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Drive.
- At least two years of UAE experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks concurrently.
- Flexibility to adapt to changes and challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
