**Job Summary**

The primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth and expand the customer base for the company's auto spare parts business - Light and Heavy vehicle equipments. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and implement effective marketing and sales strategies. Your role will involve market analysis, relationship building, and achieving sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential areas for business expansion.
- Analyze market data, competitor activities, and customer feedback to develop strategies for increasing market share and revenue.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to expand the customer base and increase sales.
- Identify new market segments, geographic regions, and product opportunities.
- Evaluate potential partnerships, acquisitions, or collaborations to drive growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand their requirements, provide product information and technical support, and address any concerns or issues.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing plans to promote auto spare parts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing campaigns, sales collateral, and promotional materials.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to showcase products and generate leads.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
- Identify opportunities to expand business within key accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and networking.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with potential clients.
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals and quotations.
- Track and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies and improve overall business performance.

**Required skillset**
- Minimum 6 years proven experience in business development within the auto spare parts industry or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of the auto spare parts market - local market especially Sharjah, Ajman and Dubai, including customer segments, competitors, and trends.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Ability to analyze market data and customer insights to drive sales strategies.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and market research.

**Work Location: Sharjah**
