**Job Title: Business Development Manager (Forex)**

**Location: World Trade Centre, Dubai**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM). The BDM will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and closing deals. This role requires someone with excellent sales skills, a strong understanding of the industry, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients, providing insights that inform business strategy.
- Prepare and present proposals and contracts tailored to client needs, effectively communicating the value of our products/services.
- Negotiate terms and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Track and report on business development performance metrics, including leads, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, operations) to ensure the successful execution of business development initiatives.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.

**Key Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within forex sector..
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and pitch ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong networking abilities with the capacity to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to inform business strategies.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
