Customer Service Manager

The Customer Service Manager is responsible for the customer service team. Organizing and planning the team, flows, ensuring a level of excellence and respecting the company's customer relationship philosophy, with a personal approach to each customer. He accompanies his team on a daily basis in order to achieve the best level of service (quantitative and qualitative), analyze activity correctly, and flow with a strong approach to problem solving. He will be responsible for all analyzes and reports associated with the activity. He is a true team leader, motivating and developing his team.
Main missions:
Participate in the recruitment of the team, then train, motivate and dedicate the team
Planning and organizing the team:
Organize the team by flows, channels and experience
Adaptation of the organization to the needs and evolution of all parameters
Operations workout:
Operational problem solving
Set up and improve processes if necessary
manpower management
Setting objectives and monitoring operational performance:
Prepare the team's annual plan and goals that management will agree to
budget control
Achieving service level, customer satisfaction and productivity
Create reporting dashboards
Analyze the results, then explain the gaps and suggest solutions
Demo team and individual performance

The first experience in customer service management for a luxury brand
You are passionate about customer service and the relationship with the customer
You previously managed teams (directly or indirectly)

Mastering Excel
Arabic speaker, English will be an added advantage
Analytical skills to be able to build reports, track KPIS and improve performance

**Salary**: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
