We are seeking a Coordinator cum Office Admin to join our team at Zircon International in [Your Location]. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**:
Assist the sales team with preparing quotations.
Follow up on payments and coordinate with customers to ensure timely payment.
Coordinate the delivery of products to customers.
- **Customer Support**:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- **HR Coordination**:
Assist with HR-related tasks such as employee onboarding and coordination.
- **Financial Management**:
Manage petty cash and office expenses.
Invoice collection from suppliers and ensure accurate filing.
- **Supplier Communication**:
Liaise with suppliers to track and coordinate product deliveries.
- **Office Coordination**:
Coordinate activities between our office and sales staff in Dubai and Abu Dhabi stores.
Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.
- **Reporting**:
Report daily work completion to managers.
- **Assist Other Coordinators**:
Support the coordinators of the purchase and sales teams as needed.
- **Document Control**:
Manage and organize important company documents and files.
- **Ad Hoc Tasks**:
Undertake any other tasks or projects assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Graduation or equivalent education; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English languages.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Prior experience in a sales support role is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
