**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join the MEA Payments Sales team? Are you excited to utilise your technical expertise in Payments & the wider Financial Institutions Group (FIG) landscape to be an integral part of the success of the Sales Team? Then you are our next Sales Analyst in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

As the Sales Analyst you will be responsible for supporting the dynamic and fast-growing portfolio of clients. You will be exposed to a wide breadth of payments products and provide meaningful contributions to our clients’ business activities. You’ll become an essential partner to our clients while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.

As a Sales Analyst in the FIG Sales team, you will be joining a well-established front office team within the UAE office. The Sales Analyst will work closely with Payments Sales Managers to support our Clients on all aspects of their Payments journey. In the role, you will coordinate with internal colleagues to manage deals from inception through to completion. This is a fast paced and diverse role that involves supporting our existing Clients and in parallel, identifying new business opportunities through regular Client engagements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with Sales, Product, Implementation and Operational teams to provide the best-in-class service to our Clients.
- Support the internal teams and Clients during the on-boarding process including Know your Client (KYC) processes, product and billing set up
- Be involved in the preparation of Client account plans, briefing memos, portfolio management reporting and marketing material (pitch books, presentations, and slip sheets)
- Internally collate relevant information for preparation of Client reviews, requests for proposal or information and strategy sessions
- Analyse portfolio revenue, balances and pipeline data to deliver reports to senior management
- Run Client-focused internal projects
- Conduct research on existing Client portfolios and prospective Clients

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Understanding of Payments, Treasury, and the wider FIG landscape, both commercially, as well as regulatory; and a desire and willingness to learn more
- Good communication skills in English both written and oral with confidence to speak with all levels of seniority
- Ability to demonstrate your strong & proactive organizational, time management and planning skills. A track record of accurate execution and ownership.
- Ability to demonstrate your in depth analytical, technical, written and presentation skills

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Client facing experience is preferred
