**Job Roles**:

- Answering calls, taking messages, and handling correspondences.
- Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
- Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
- Maintaining databases, contacting clients and creating leads.
- Issuing quotations, LPO’s, invoices, and following-up payments.
