We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Personnel to join our team and drive sales of concrete machinery and equipment. If you have a passion for sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and knowledge of the construction equipment industry, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets for concrete machinery and equipment.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including contractors, construction firms, and distributors.
Product Knowledge: Provide clients with in-depth knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify new sales opportunities and trends in the construction equipment sector.
Demonstrations: Organize and conduct product demonstrations, site visits, and presentations to showcase the value of our equipment.
Negotiation & Closing: Prepare and negotiate quotations, contracts, and payment terms to close deals effectively.
After-Sales Support: Collaborate with the after-sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and address any post-sale concerns.
Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, update CRM tools, and provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction machinery, equipment, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of concrete machinery (e.g., pumps, batching plants, etc.) is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
