- etermining the total cost of materials, equipment, utilities, and labour for construction projects. R
- esearching construction documents and analyzing specifications. P
- reparing estimates for planning, organizing, and scheduling project work. M
- anaging pre-qualification and pre-bid submissions. P
- reparing estimates to meet project goals, such as setting work hours, sequencing tasks, obtaining materials, and securing the best deals with vendors and subcontractors. E
- nsuring that relevant documents and budgets are submitted before a bid deadline. R
- egularly reporting to Management and keeping clients updated on the project status. F
- ormulating contingency plans and effectively managing risks that might impact cost and time estimates. K
- eeping track of the latest estimating technology and industry-related techniques. C
- ollaborating with other teams, conducted site visits, and provided other services, like bid deliveries. I
- nforms themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures in place within Hill International, and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill. P
- erform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.

- Sc degree in Civil engineering or a relevant degree. 1
- 5 years of related airport airfield experience. G
