Private Villa Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of the villa, including maintenance, cleaning, and security
- Supervise and manage a team of staff, including housekeepers, maintenance personnel, and security personnel
- Develop and implement procedures for maintaining the villa to the highest standards
- Ensure that all guests are welcomed and provided with exceptional service
- Manage all guest requests, ensuring that they are fulfilled promptly and efficiently
- Ensure that the villa is kept fully stocked with all necessary supplies
- Oversee the preparation of meals and other services provided by the staff
- Handle any complaints or issues that may arise
- Maintain a close relationship with the villa owner, keeping them informed of all activities

and issues related to the villa

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience as a Private Villa Manager
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing private villas
- Experience in Dubai is a plus

**Salary**: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
