- We are seeking an experienced Account Manager proficient in client management and delivery of retail campaigns within an agency setting. Supported by the Account Director, you will serve as a primary liaison between cross-functional teams: Client Services, Strategy, Creative, and the Client. Effectively utilizing support provided by your Account Executive, you will plan key project milestones including preparing timelines, securing creative resources, planning budgets, and forecasting to ensure exceptional delivery, on time and on brief.

**What We Need**:

- Mandatory: 3-5 years of client servicing experience in a global agency
- Mandatory: 3-5 years of client servicing experience in a global agency writing strategic creative briefs that inspire outstanding creative output
- Mandatory: 3-5 years of experience managing global FMCG brands, meeting revenue targets, developing creative campaigns, crisis management, and raising estimates
- Mandatory: A bachelor's degree and excellent English written and spoken communication skills
- Mandatory: Proficiency in concepts such as brand proposition, barrier to purchase, and creative challenges, which are integral components of your daily work experience
- Mandatory: Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong commercial acumen and a strategic outlook for driving revenue and meeting financial targets with the support of your Account Director
- Friendly, assertive, and affable personality who thrives under pressure
- Experience managing a team would be an added advantage
