Job Title: Marketing Agency Manager

**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Leadership & Team Management**: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of marketing professionals to design and execute innovative marketing strategies. Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- ** Client Relationship Management**: Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Manage client expectations and communicate effectively to provide updates and progress reports.
- ** Strategy Development**: Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies for clients that align with their business goals. This includes understanding the client's market, identifying opportunities, and designing campaigns to meet targets.
- ** Campaign Management & Optimization**: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns. Evaluate campaign performance data and optimize strategies based on these insights.
- ** Budget Management**: Oversee the budgeting process for campaigns, ensuring the most efficient use of resources and maximizing ROI for clients.
- ** New Business Development**: Identify opportunities for new client acquisition and lead the pitching process. Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of industry trends and competition.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in a marketing agency.
- Significant experience with digital marketing strategies, particularly within the e-commerce sector.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, social media, content marketing, and more.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- High proficiency in data analysis and market research.
- High-level strategic thinking with the ability to plan, pitch, and execute a campaign.
- Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns for a variety of clients.
