- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company’s market presence.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company growth objectives.
- Research competitors and markets to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business plans for potential partnerships and development initiatives.
- Lead negotiations and finalize deals to secure new business opportunities.
- Analyze customer feedback and market data to suggest new services or improvements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, proposing proactive strategies to stay ahead.
- Explore new markets and segments to increase the company’s market share.
- Conduct in-depth market research to support the development of new services, products, and strategies.

**Requirements**:

- 10+ years of experience in business development, with a strong focus on the UAE market.
- Proven track record in the auction or automobile industry.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
- Strong market research and analytical skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED10,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
