**Fitness Sales Associate Responsibilities**
- Welcome visitors and members to the studio, answer phones. and assist the front desk with various administrative tasks
- Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s fitness needs and goals
- Maintain long-term clientele and grow the studio's membership base through sales, new member onboarding, and excellent customer service
- Manage and organize marketing efforts both within and outside of the studio
- Handle members' issues professionally and objectively, to resolve them through exceptional customer service
- Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro classes
- Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider.

**Requirements**:

- Must have proficient computer skills;
- Punctual, reliable, dedicated and a strong team player;
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- A pleasant demeanor and excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills;
- Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system;
- Must be able to multi-task and work effectively under pressure;
- Ability to learn and use our CRM system;
- Ability to stand or sit for up to 6 hours throughout the workday;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills required;
- Early morning and evening availability required.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 per month
