**MAIN JOB TASKS AND BESPORSIBILITIES**

These are primarily intended to guide the employee to the wide range and utmost level of work performance. This is not an exhaustive list of all the duties and responsibilities that may fall to the post holder but rather a sub-collection of it and shall have an additional responsibility if found deem appropriate.
- Responsible for cleaning Chairman, CEO, MD and GM's offices ensuring all items needed (bottled water, newspaper etc.) are readily available upon their arrival as well as ensuring confidentiality at all times.
- To re-check and ensures the cleanliness of CEO's toilet.
- Assists other departments in their clerical works like photocopying and document distribution among others.
- Takes charge in distributing courier and mails to the concerned personnel and be able to secure a record for reference.
- Coordinate with the Receptionist and Secretary or PA in the event that visitors and guests arrives to know the specific itineraries and to liaise them if needed.
- Prepares beverages and other refreshments for all staff, guests and visitors. Ensuring that Chairman, MD and CEO shall be given beverages upon their arrival.
- Consults immediate supervisor to plan pantry services taking into consideration factors such as costs and special event needs.
- Operates certain electrical pantry equipment and kitchen utensils in a safe and sanitary fashion.
- Wash and clean all utensils, preparation equipment required for the pantry area in accordance with industry standards for proper kitchen sanitation.
- Raise requisitions for needed items.
- Receives inventories of food and beverage product and supplies.
- Cleans and sanitizes work station and equipment
- Ensures proper food handling procedures are followed wrapping, labeling, dating, and stocking, storing, rotating and checking.
- Ensures proper safety measures for own self and other members of the work team by considering the utilization of Personal Protective Equipment.
- Comply with the Hygiene and Safety policies of the company and ensuring proper housekeeping and arrangement of materials every after use
