We are in need of **Palm Supervisor**, to work for our VIP Client in Al Ain.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the date palm production extension input, prepare annual budgets, maintain necessary records, and accounts, and manage all relevant line staff.
- Prepare a date palm calendar detailing all husbandry, pest and disease control and maintenance required.
- Plan, guide and conduct trials and supervising inputs surveys on Date Palm at demonstration farms and on focus farms.
- Organize, conduct, and supervise a training and skills up-grading programme for farm owners and workers. Organize group and individual farm training as necessary.
- Advise and report to management on the best approach to enable improved date production.
- Work closely with farmers to introduce systems of sustainable production.
- Implement and manage the extension program for date palm production.
- Develop linkages between farmers and research organizations.
- Ensure that full costing budgets are prepared for each activity.
- Scheduling repairs, maintenance, and replacement of equipment and machinery.
- Ensuring all staff adheres to health and safety regulations.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor.

**Salary: AED2,000 up tp AED3,000**

**Job Type: Full Time**

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Experience**:
