We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Post-Production Team Leader to join our team at Immensa Technology Labs. As the Post-Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the finishing activities for metal and polymer parts produced through additive manufacturing processes. You will lead a team of technicians and operators to ensure that finished parts meet the required tolerances, surface finishes, and quality standards, and are delivered to customers on time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise a team of post-production technicians and operators, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective operation of finishing activities.
- Plan and coordinate daily workflow and production schedules to meet customer requirements and production targets, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources accordingly.
- Oversee post-processing operations, including cleaning, surface finishing, polishing, deburring, and inspection of metal and polymer parts, to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of post-production processes and equipment, identifying opportunities for process improvement, optimization, and automation to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Ensure that all finished parts meet the required tolerances, surface finishes, and dimensional accuracy, conducting regular inspections and quality checks using precision measuring instruments and inspection tools.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and production teams to resolve technical issues, address customer feedback, and implement corrective actions and process improvements as needed.
- Maintain documentation and records of post-production activities, including production reports, inspection results, and process parameters, for quality control and traceability purposes.
- Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for team members, identifying and addressing potential hazards and implementing appropriate safety measures.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture within the post-production team, promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning and development.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in additive manufacturing and post-processing techniques, and actively participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, manufacturing, or related field; additional certification/training in additive manufacturing/post-production processes is a plus.
- Proven leadership/supervisory experience in manufacturing, preferably in additive manufacturing/precision engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience with post-production processes, surface finishing techniques, and quality control for metal/polymer parts.
- Proficiency in precision measuring instruments/inspection tools for dimensional/surface quality assessment.
- Excellent leadership/communication skills to motivate team members, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Effective problem-solving skills to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
- Demonstrated organizational/time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
