As the Chief Accountant at **Uniglobe**, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial activities of our organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Financial Management:

- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective financial operations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide accurate and timely financial information to senior management.
- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and ensure adequate liquidity to support the company's operations.
- Review and approve financial transactions, including invoices, expenses, and payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
- Financial Reporting and Compliance:

- Prepare and submit accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations and implement necessary adjustments to financial processes and reporting.
- Financial Analysis and Strategic Planning:

- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and evaluate business plans, financial projections, and investment proposals.
- Team Leadership and Development:

- Supervise and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities.
- Set performance objectives, conduct performance evaluations, and identify training and development needs for the accounting team.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability within the accounting department.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- At least 4 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Must be familiar with UAE VAT taxation laws and practices.

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
