he Receptionist and Data Entry position combines front desk receptionist duties with data entry responsibilities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth office operations. Additionally, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining various types of data.

Key Responsibilities:
Receptionist Duties:
Greeting and Welcoming: Welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing assistance as needed.

Phone Handling: Answer incoming calls, transfer calls to appropriate individuals, take messages, and provide information to callers promptly and courteously.

Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date calendars.

Front Desk Operations: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including organizing reading materials, managing visitor sign-in, and ensuring overall office tidiness.

Visitor Assistance: Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or department and provide necessary information or assistance.

Mail and Package Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages, and prepare outgoing mail and shipments.

Office Supplies: Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, and place orders as needed.

Data Entry Duties:
Data Entry: Accurately enter various types of data into computer systems, databases, or spreadsheets following established procedures and guidelines.

Data Verification: Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, making necessary corrections or adjustments as required.

Document Management: Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring proper filing and labeling for easy retrieval.

Data Updates: Update and maintain records and databases by entering new information, making necessary changes, and performing regular data maintenance tasks.

Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and perform data cleansing activities to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.

Data Reporting: Generate basic reports or summaries from the entered data as requested.

Data Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and adhere to data security protocols.

**Salary**: Up to AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)
