You will join us to support HR activities and processes from a generalist perspective - from recruitment to compensation, learning & development, employee relationship management, HR strategy and operations. You will be able to develop multiple skills within the HR space and choose the direction of your development for yourself. From here onward, you can grow across a variety of roles and functions

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be working in a cross-functional team and making a tangible impact on Hello Chef’s growth. We are currently located in Dubai Investment Park but are moving to a brand-new facility in National Industries Park, closer to Jebel Ali.

**Mission**

As our HR Administrator, you will work together with our HR team on operative and administrative functions across different talent-related topics, including organising and maintaining employee documentation, hiring, and employee relationship management.

**Accountabilities, Goals, and Outcomes**

This role is planned to grow as you do - so your accountabilities are going to evolve. However, you will start out helping us with the following:

- Being embedded in our HR team, you will render general operative support across a variety of HR functions;
- Build up rapport and relationships with employees to address questions and inquiries confidentially and confidently;
- Support our learning & development initiatives, specifically in managing HSE trainings;
- Take an active role in finding and hiring more great talent to join us.

**What you’ll need**
- The passion to learn and grow with us;
- A relevant university degree in HR, Management, or business administration;
- Ideally 1+ year(s) of experience in an HR function (however, we are more than happy to consider freshers);
- Ideally general knowledge about the UAE’s labor laws;
- Outstanding communication skills (written & verbal) in English;
- Solid organisational skills and a familiarity with HR functions;
- Good computer skills (MS Office).
