**JOB DETAILS & REQUIREMENTS**

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging and evocative multi-channel content that celebrates One&Only’s distinct narrative and translates across the brand’s collection of exceptional one-off Resorts and Private Homes.
- Create regular social-first films for Instagram and Meta channels covering video editing, animating, and resizing.
- Develop digital content for websites.
- Push and develop the creativity and execution of digital assets to distinguish ourselves from the competitors and wider market.
- Design print marketing collateral for special projects, resort events, F&B outlets, and sales activations.
- Have strong knowledge and understanding of the One&Only brand as well as competitors and aspirational companies that challenge and inspire.
- Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for discerning audiences.
- Support the digital team with website content updates and CMS loading.
- Build and manage strong internal relationships with project stakeholders including marketing, creative, comms and digital teams providing support where necessary.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Relevant luxury experience as a Multimedia Designer / Artworker in an agency or in-house setting.
- Confidence in providing quick and efficient solutions when problems arise unexpectedly.
- Experience in creating various multimedia marketing assets covering everything from social media reels, films, animations, digital banners, CRM newsletters, print collateral etc.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud suite and Keynote software.
- Knowledge of using website content management systems (CMS).
- Showcase genuine passion and interest in staying up to date in relevant design and technological fields and identify ways we can evolve as a brand in these areas.
- Motivation, attention to detail, and the desire to execute every project to the highest standard.
- Outstanding design, graphic, animation and multimedia understanding and skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills with a strong team player attitude.
- Proficient in HTML and CSS building for EDM/CRM platforms and digital ads.
- Video editing and animation skills.

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, multimedia, digital content, and other relevant fields
