- Strong 5 years of NetSuite experience with a deep understanding of NetSuite
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Demonstrated history of supporting and prioritizing needs from cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Capability to effectively solve problems
- Good technical understanding of business process management and system support
- Familiarity with “Cloud Computing”
- Strong communication (verbal & written English) and presentation skills
- High general IT knowledge

Ø **Full Job Description**
- Optimize NetSuite to enhance accountability, streamline business processes, and drive stronger financial results.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, features, and tools
- Work with all department super-users, utilizing both business process knowledge and system capabilities to capture new requirements in order to resolve business issues.
- Communicate and present process changes, enhancements, and modifications to management, peers, and other associates so that issues and solutions are understood.
- Maintain data integrity and security within the NetSuite platform.
- Understand business dynamics and needs at all levels (e.g. demand planning, warehouse, distribution, sales, customer service, and finance)
- Ensure business and functional requirements are properly configured in NetSuite, report one version of truth throughout the organization, and implement best practices.
