As a Lead Front Desk Customer Support specialist in our wellness center, your expanded responsibilities will include:

- Providing detailed guidance to clients on our range of spa treatments and services, ensuring they are well-informed to choose their ideal relaxation experience.
- Handling telephone and in-person inquiries, delivering accurate and friendly information.
- Ensuring the reception area remains clean, welcoming, and efficiently organized.
- Introducing and advising clients on our latest beauty and wellness products, explaining their uses and benefits to enhance their spa experience.
- Keeping clients informed about current promotions, discounts, and loyalty benefits, encouraging return visits.
- Processing client payments and managing bookings, including scheduling appointments and handling cancellations or adjustments.
- Opening and closing the spa, maintaining responsibility for the spa’s presentation and readiness for guests.
- Gathering client feedback on service delivery for continuous improvement.
- Coordinating with spa staff regarding client appointments, including managing the schedule for walk-ins and pre-booked clients.
- Playing a key role in the development and execution of promotional events aimed at expanding our clientele.

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
