Key Accountabilities:

- Work closely with Finance Manager on financial reconciliation and reporting
- Day to day management and of Xero software in close conjunction with Finance Manager
- Manage petty cash
- Administrate and track all sales invoices for current orders
- File all supplier invoices and upload to Xero
- Manage contact details for all customer accounts departments in Xero
- Maintain and file all physical records pertaining to banking, customers, and suppliers.
- Accurately record all tax for VAT purposes
- Maintain and file all records of procurement, payment, and sales.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth customer experience
- Investigate and resolve customer payment-related issues
- Reconciliation of supplier accounts
- Assist with annual external audit

Essential Knowledge and Experience
- Strong working knowledge of standard bookkeeping practices in the UAE including VAT compliance
- Fluent in written and spoken English is mandatory
- Knowledge of accounting software ideally Xero, ERP systems is a plus

Essential Skills
- Microsoft Office especially Excel & Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook is mandatory
- Dedicated and get things done on time
- Rigorous, honest, confident, and reliable
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Self-motivated and demonstrate a positive attitude.
- Work hard under pressure and a team player.

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 3 years (preferred)
