**Role: Business System Analyst**

**Location: Dubai**

Description:
The Business Systems Support Analyst has a strong background in supporting and implementing IT systems related to Accounting, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Management. This position would be responsible for support and ongoing development of the Enterprise Resource Planning system and other Business Systems.

Experience needed as below:
3+ years of experience in Finance, Manufacturing and Supply chain processes and/or related systems.

3+ years of experience in managing and supporting ERP systems, ideally Infor Syteline or other Infor ERP systems.

Experience in development technology such as.net, SQL, VB Script, PHP, Bootstrap.

**Requirement**:
Knowledge of and experience in supporting Infor’s Syteline ERP environment strongly desired

Database knowledge of MYSQL, MSSQL and MongoDB

Knowledge of web form design is desirable.

Knowledge of development tools such as Visual studio, SSMS, Report Builder is desirable.

Knowledge of Reporting and Analytic tools

Good understanding of PMP and Agile processes

Knowledge of workflow, process mapping, form validation and automation.

Basic understanding of networking and infrastructure

Good understanding and experience with modern software development methodologies and tools.

Ability to work with ambiguous and incomplete information. Resourceful and a problem solver.

Skills in managing time and organizing work.

Work well under pressure and adhere to strict timelines; Ability to manage conflicting priorities.

Good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to connect and communicate effectively in a team environment.

Ability to work under instruction and take guidance.

**EQUIPMENT TO BE USED**: Must be able to operate computer and other IT equipment as the job requires.

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**: Position is mostly performed at a desk and may require walking to users’ computers or IT systems to troubleshoot issues. May require lifting to 10 pounds. Requires manual agility sufficient to operate standard office machines such as computers and other IT equipment as the job requires. Requires normal range of hearing and vision.

**MENTAL DEMANDS**: Must handle diverse work problems daily. Must be able to resolve problems, handle conflict and make effective decisions under pressure. Must relate and interact with people at all levels in the Company.

**WORKING CONDITIONS**: Works in a typical office setting most of the time. This position will require working outside of normal office hours on an as needed basis and may also require visiting industrial manufacturing facilities

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: From AED15,000.00 per year
