Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure clear communication with the development team.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to discuss project scope, requirements, and solutions.
  • Support the project team in identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including business cases, user stories, and process flows.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Provide expertise in IT industry trends and best practices to inform project decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Must be an Arabic speaker with excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, and translating them into technical specifications.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, software development life cycle (SDLC), and project management methodologies.
  • Proficient in using business analysis tools and techniques, including process mapping and data modeling.
  • Ability to work effectively in a temporary contract role with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
