- 1**We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Odoo ERP Business Analyst (BA) to join our dynamic team. As an Odoo ERP BA, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing business processes in the Odoo ERP system to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance overall business performance. Your primary focus will be understanding the business needs of various departments and translating them into functional and technical requirements for successful Odoo ERP system deployment and customization.**:
**Roles And Responsibilities**:

- Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with key stakeholders from different departments to understand their business processes, pain points, and requirements. Analyze existing workflows and propose optimized solutions using Odoo ERP modules and features
- Requirement Gathering: Elicit, document, and prioritize functional and technical requirements from stakeholders, ensuring they align with the organizatios strategic goals
- Solution Design: Design and model functional solutions within Odoo ERP, considering system capabilities, scalability, and best practices. Recommend customizations or configurations to address specific business needs
- User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the Odoo ERP system. Provide ongoing support and address user queries and issues related to the ERP platform
- System Implementation: Collaborate with the development team to configure and customize Odoo modules to meet business requirements. Ensure that the implemented solutions are tested thoroughly and meet quality standards
- Integration: Facilitate integration between Odoo ERP and other business systems, such as CRM, accounting, and inventory management, to ensure data consistency and seamless operations
- Data Migration: Plan and oversee data migration from legacy systems to Odoo ERP, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Change Management: Assist in change management efforts during Odoo ERP implementation, helping users adapt to new processes and tools
- Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user manuals, to support the system understanding and maintenance
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with Odoo ERP advancements, industry best practices, and emerging technologies. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide insights for business growth
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Business Analyst, preferably in Odoo ERP projects
- In-depth knowledge of Odoo ERP modules and configurations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies
- Prior experience in ERP implementation, customization, and data migration is a plus
- Certification in Odoo ERP or relevant business analysis certifications will be advantageous
