**Role Description**

As a Business Development Manager based in our new Dubai office, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and growing our presence in key strategic markets within the MENA region. This Arabic-speaking position offers an exceptional opportunity to be at the forefront of our expansion into Dubai, working directly with exclusive distributors and key stakeholders to build and maintain strategic partnerships across your assigned territories.

The role requires strong communication skills in both Arabic and English to effectively navigate the local business landscape and build lasting relationships with partners. As one of our first team members in Dubai, you'll have the unique opportunity to help shape our regional presence from the ground up.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**

**Strategic Market Development**
- Lead Dr Vapes' market entry and growth in assigned territories within the MENA region
- Develop and execute territory-specific business strategies aligned with company objectives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in your assigned markets
- Create and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers in target countries

**Account Management**
- Manage relationships with exclusive distributors across your designated territories
- Develop and implement account-specific growth strategies and business plans
- Monitor and analyse account performance, identifying opportunities for growth
- Ensure consistent communication between distributors and our UK headquarters

**Business Development**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories
- Create compelling business proposals and presentations for potential partners
- Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with distributors
- Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution

**Performance Management**
- Set and achieve sales targets for assigned territories
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators
- Analyse market data and create actionable insights
- Prepare regular progress reports for senior management in both Dubai and London

**The Person**
- Minimum 7 years of experience in senior sales/account management roles, with demonstrable success in the MENA region
- Native or fluent Arabic speaker with excellent command of both written and spoken Arabic essential
- Strong English language skills required for internal communication and reporting
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strategic partnerships at senior level
- Strong understanding of distribution networks and channel management in the Middle East
- Experience in managing and growing exclusive distribution partnerships
- Experience in the FMCG, tobacco, or vaping industry preferred
- Established network within relevant industry sectors in target markets
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks in assigned territories
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred but not essential
- Excellent negotiation and commercial skills
- Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities
- Cultural awareness and understanding of business practices in the Middle East
- Experience in market entry strategies and building businesses from the ground up preferred
- Ability to travel within assigned territories
- Proactive mindset with desire to take on increasing responsibility
