Personal Assistant/secretary

We are looking to hire a skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to CFO to join our team.
**Key responsibilities**:
Calendar management, Communication management, Meeting coordination, Information management, Maintaining high level confidentiality of the information, Documents controlling, Travel arrangements and other Administrative support.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience being as a secretary.
- Available to join immediately
**Skills**:
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (required)
**Experience**:
- Secretarial Role: 3 years (required)
