**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**: Manage the executive's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare itineraries, agendas, and meeting materials.
- **Document Preparation**: Draft, review, and format documents, reports, and presentations. Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all written communications.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- **Office Management**: Maintain an organized office environment. Handle filing systems, order supplies, and manage office equipment.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Ensure data protection and compliance with company policies.
- **Project Assistance**: Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned by the executive. Collaborate with other team members and departments as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an executive administrative support role

**Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
