We are looking for a **Nationalisation Recruiter (Arabic Speaking)** who will be working with one of our well-established banking clients in **Dubai.**

If you are ambitious, curious and dare to do different, we want to meet you.

**What you will be doing**:

- Manage the end-to-end Graduate Recruitment Campaign, including attraction, assessment and hiring through to start date
- Build relationships with UAE University partners, establishing a calendar of events to drive engagement with the client brand and attract the highest calibre students to apply
- Devise a media campaign to promote the client Graduate programme - including social media campaigns and creative advertising
- Project management of the campaign lifecycle, culminating in multiple Assessment Centres to ensure on time completion of hiring demand
- Working with the Recruitment Managers and Team Leads to gain an understanding of upcoming roles and person requirements
- Working with Recruitment Managers to promote and cultivate nationalised applicants for roles, wherever possible
- Develop specific promotional material for business areas and locations
- Providing strategic partnership with HR Advisors and key stakeholders, ensuring they are kept abreast of all recruitment developments and to understand their client’s recruitment needs - forecasting where possible
- Project work and reporting, as given by the business and Rec Manager, on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis

**Who you are**:

- Demonstrable track record of sourcing, engaging and hiring Emirati talent - ideally within the banking sector
- Excellent communication skills - Arabic speaking is highly desirable
- Highly driven, proactive and strong drive for results
