Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's strategic plans and business objectives for the KSA region, in alignment with the overall corporate goals.
- Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new commercial opportunities, expanding the client base, and maintaining existing client relationships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Lead the commercial activities, including contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and project proposals, to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Oversee the fabrication process, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and project management, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify business opportunities, market gaps, and potential risks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness in fabrication processes.
- Manage a diverse workforce, providing leadership, guidance, and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards related to fabrication and business operations in the KSA region.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional certifications or qualifications in fabrication would be advantageous.
- Proven track record of at least 10 years in a senior management role, with expertise in commercial operations, client relationships, and fabrication.
- Strong commercial acumen and a demonstrated ability to drive business growth, negotiate contracts, and manage key client accounts.
- Excellent client relationship management skills, with a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in fabrication processes, including fabrication techniques, materials, quality control, and safety standards.
- Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control principles in a fabrication environment.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve complex operational issues in fabrication and commercial operations.
- Proven track record of delivering results and meeting targets in a competitive business environment.
- Fluency in English. Arabic language skills would be advantageous.
