**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Strategy & Planning**:

- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies tailored to meet the company's goals.
- Set specific campaign objectives and KPIs, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- **Campaign Execution & Optimization**:

- Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements for improved performance.
- Continuously analyze and adjust campaigns to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Budget Management**:

- Manage and track budgets for part-time campaigns, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Report on budget allocation, spend, and ROI for all campaigns.
- Optimize budget distribution across channels to maximize impact.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and other reporting platforms.
- Provide regular updates and detailed reports on campaign metrics, trends, and insights.
- Use data-driven insights to inform future strategies and campaigns.
- **Audience Targeting & Segmentation**:

- Define and refine audience targeting strategies to reach the most relevant and high-converting segments.
- Implement and manage remarketing/retargeting campaigns to increase conversion rates.
- Utilize advanced targeting options for precise audience segmentation.
- **Creative Development & Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and messaging.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all campaigns and channels.
- Provide insights and feedback for creative optimization based on campaign performance.
- **Stay Informed**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
- Experiment with new digital marketing channels and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Continuously enhance skills and knowledge in the digital marketing space.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and platforms.
- Proficiency in campaign management tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a part-time capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns on a part-time or freelance basis.
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
