Dubai, United Arab Emirates Earth Real Estate Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the organization’s financial records, including bookkeeping, payroll, and invoicing.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Provide HR support, including maintaining employee records, processing new hire paperwork, and managing benefits.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as instructed

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in accounting, finance, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting and/or HR.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with payroll processing and bookkeeping.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Arabic (preferred)
