Great opportunity for a **Head of Product** to join a next-gen financial ecosystem platform that is rapidly expanding and bringing financial inclusion to the masses. This position can be based in **Dubai**, or remotely in **Europe**.

At a pivotal point of major inflection and scale, our client is looking to hire a B2B Head of Product to drive the execution of the B2B product vision and masterplan. The successful person is fundamental to driving and overseeing B2B product design, strategy, and operations to achieve the vision of the business at large. The B2B Head of Product will report to the Global Head of Product and collaborate very closely with the CTO and tribe leads.

We’re looking for an outstanding product leader who is inspirational, can thrive in a fast paced company, and build a world-class product team building the best fintech products on the market.

**Responsibilities**
- Right from the start, you will take full ownership and responsibility for B2B Product Management at our client
- Manage cross functional projects and work closely with engineers, UX experts and designers in order to build best-in-class products for customers
- Define, embody, and empower the company’s product culture
- Ensure that product vision is being realised through aligned quarterly objectives advancing the business towards its objectives
- Partner with global teams to learn about local needs and expectations, ensuring products meet their defined objectives
- Recruit, retain, develop, and lead a world-class team with a performance
- and people-driven culture
- Help attract and retain a diverse, high-calibre team in multiple functions including product management, product design, product operations and product strategy
- Ensure a flow of communication in all directions
- Contribute to the wider product community, sharing knowledge, discussing best practices and continuously improving our overall product practices and skills

**Qualifications**
- You’re an outstanding Product Leader with over 7 years experience, including building data-driven products and leading product teams
- A degree STEM degree would be an advantage, if not, a strong technical background as a minimum
- You love (product) details more than everybody else. You are not a manager only. You lead by example.
- Product discovery, design, sense, execution are core tenets to your work
- You have extensive experience in analysing and optimising funnels, analysing the feature performance, analysing product metrics and cohorts, monitoring of product KPIs, A/B testing
- You understand complex business processes and have a deep understanding of software development
- You have worked in a startup, smaller entity or high performance culture before
- You are obsessed with solving complex problems for customers
- You have a deep understanding of how to manage and grow highly effective, agile product functions with a strong focus on delivery and know how to build a product culture based on a high level of cooperation and innovation.
