Urgently looking for **SAP Administrator** who can join immediately and willing to be assigned in Abu Dhabi.

Relevant experience is a must.

**Job Requirements, Qualifications and Skills**
- Secondary education or above.
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of the systems
- SAP, Ms Office
- Word, Excel, Power point.
- Ability to fully communicate and converse in

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare reports and maintain records of daily departmental hours, performance to targets/budgets and all other relevant KPI's, updating on PBI
- Process, compile and maintain documentation relating to departmental attendance, sickness, vacation, compensation, travel requests, joiners, transfers, disciplinary, resignations, terminations and all other relevant EAS Catering HR documentation as required.
- Ensure completed documentation is forwarded to the appropriate EAS Catering personnel/department for further processing and maintenance of records
- Reporting daily item shortages & items arranged as caterers stock.
- Monthly reports submission to finance department, Filing department’s record/monthly reports/kpi record/inventory documents.
- Preparing elimination forms for scrap and discontinued items.
- Utilize all available IT systems to generate reports relating to inventory consumption, stock on hand, value, slow and non-moving, issues, receipts, transfers, goods returns and any other relevant inventory data as required by Stores leadership and EAS Catering stakeholders
- Process reservations/requests submitted by end users across the business for inventory stock issues. Organize, collate and priorities requests, print and distribute requisition picklists to the concerned Stores areas, accurately transact issued stock out from system inventory against requisitions.
- Maintain accurate and organized material records of all inventory transactions, cycle counts, audit reports and process documentation for the required periods.
- Raise approved departmental non inventory purchase requests on Ariba.
