Role: Software and System Administrator / Software Engineer

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing technical support to users of the software, including troubleshooting issues and resolving software defects.
- Collaborating with developers to identify and fix software bugs.
- Creating and maintaining documentation for the software, including user guides, manuals, and knowledge base articles.
- Configuring and maintaining software systems, including installation, upgrades, and patches.
- Providing training and support to end-users on new software features and functionality.
- Possess basic knowledge of database languages such as MS SQL, MySQL, etc.
- Have a basic understanding of web development languages, such as PHP and Ruby.
- Have a basic understanding Web server maintenance.
- Be experienced in designing and developing reporting tools, such as SAP Crystal Reports, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
- Possess IT administration experience, which would be an added advantage.
- Have a basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java,.NET, etc., which would also be an added advantage.
- Experience with Focus ERP and Centra CRM would be an added advantage.
- Should be willing to learn new technologies.
- In case required, be available to provide user support outside of regular working hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From AED3,500.00 per month
