At Fay Lawson, the client experience is _**everything**_. We are a growing company based in Dubai, that specialises in customised design and manufacture of quality plush toys, garments and resort products for travel retail, tourist destinations, hotels and corporations.

We offer manufacture of single lines or entire ranges. With hundreds of projects under our belt, we provide a complete service from conception to delivery. We are on a mission to provide affordable customised merchandise to our clients, to build on our reputation for being responsive and communicative, whilst delivering quality products.
- This is a full time role, but part time 20 hours+ / week will be considered.
- Commission on active sales achieved in addition to salaried pay.
- Remote, field and in office working in Al Garhoud, Dubai
- You will be an integral part of the team from the start. We want you to use your initiative, and have real responsibility.
- The work is varied and fun. You will have training with the team.

This is not for you if:

- You aren’t flexible to Monday - Friday.
- You're new to sales - we are looking for someone with experience in finding, nurturing and selling to connections.
- You aren’t a team player - this role is to lead a small yet fantastic team.
- If you want a stereotypical role. We are about individual connections and real conversations.
- You want to only sell and hand the client on, this is a sales and account management role.

What are the requirements?

To deliver excellent client service, which puts building relationships that convert at the heart of everything you do.

Key tasks include:

- To proactively seek and identify new sales leads and have accountability to follow up on positive opportunities..
- To meet with prospective clients to nurture ongoing relationships and convert to sales.
- Interact with current clients to nurture further sales opportunities.
- Generate client quote proposals inline with profit markers.
- Take ownership of the leads tracker and report on each stage of the funnel
- To track orders, oversee a seamless transaction from order to delivery. Liaise with clients during the order process.
- Meet and beat weekly Key Performance Indicators based on lead conversions, profitability, delivery timelines, and client feedback.

Key skills Required:

- You will need to be an outgoing and confident personality, with excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
- Proactive: To initiate and prioritise your own daily tasks, you will need to find joy in getting things done.
- Have proven sales experience in nurturing cold and warm leads. Hospitality sales experience would be an added bonus.
- Strong aptitude with social media platforms, particularly Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Have a willingness to learn, take feedback on board and adapt. You will be part of a team all working in the same direction..
- Organisation and project management: working with our systems, to always know what is happening and assist in moving things forward.
- People management: Ideally you have led a small team of people before and feel comfortable taking the lead. Willing to have difficult conversations with empathy.
- Flexible: You are happy to work at a fast pace and can adapt to changes with ease.
- Ownership: You care about the outcomes of your work. You are driven to hit your targets. You're about the long term, and have pride in delivering an amazing service to others. If you don’t know, you find solutions and then ask.
- A driving licence and access to a vehicle as clients may require face to face meetings.

This is a part time sales and operational delivery role. This is a **Field Sales & Client Management **salaried role with generous commission.

**Salary**: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
