**The Dream Team: Who you'll work with**
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **CRM Admin** to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the operations and management teams to support various CRM-related functions, including responding to user requests, maintaining system data, and handling daily administrative tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and customer relationship management systems, with a strong desire to make an impact in a dynamic and growing organization.

**The Main Event: What you'll do**
- Assist with CRM-related requests, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of the system.
- Manage daily CRM administrative tasks, including updating records, maintaining data integrity, and running reports.
- Support the team in user account management, permissions, and system configuration.
- Collaborate with various departments to customize and optimize the CRM for better workflow efficiency.
- Help train team members on CRM usage and provide ongoing support as needed.
- Contribute to process improvements within the CRM system to enhance data reporting and user experience.

- Basic experience with Salesforce or any other CRM system.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Basic understanding of database management and data integrity best practices.

- Educational certification is not required, but a passion for CRM systems and technology is essential.
