Administrative Assistant

We are an IT Services & Solutions Company based in Salam Street, Abu Dhabi.
**Responsibilities**:
- Sales Coordination.
- Prepare quotes & costing.
- Follow up with clients to close quotes successfully.
- Maintain and Manage Social Media Accounts and Marketing.
- Telesales / Telecalling to generate new leads.
- Customer Service.
- Customer Surveys and Feedback.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings.
- Secretarial and Admin Tasks.
- Monitor & update CRM on a daily basis with accurate and timely information.
**Skills**:
- Excellent selling skills & ability to *close* the sale.
- The capacity to work well on your own or in a team.
- The ability to manage your time and plan your day effectively.
- Ability to self-generate sales via developing a database, use of social media, contact circle, and referrals.
- Clerical & other Secretarial tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Relevant experience.
- Good written & oral command over English Language is a must.
- Demonstrated track record of performance and commitment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Competence in Microsoft Office products.
- Willing to be trained and acquire knowledge in less time.
- The ability to manage your time and plan your day effectively.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Can quickly adopt to new environment.
- Ability to hit deadlines and work under pressure.
- A sales & Service focused attitude with a willingness to serve clients effectively.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
